First Course

English Pea Bruschetta 
Ricotta, shaved parmesan, lemon zest
Pairing | Domaine de la Villaudiere | Sancerre
Expressive on the nose, combining floral fragrances with aromas of white peach and exotic fruit. Fresh and powerful with long-lasting acidity and lovely minerality.

Second Course

Tortilla Salad 
Crispy tortilla strips, radish, snap peas, fresh avocado
Pairing | Roseblood | Rosé
A beautiful pale and luminous rosé with notes of pomegranate and apricot. Lively and elegant with a great freshness reminiscent of blackcurrant buds, followed by a beautiful tension and minerality.

Third Course

Grilled Shrimp
Creamy polenta, pesto cream, tomato relish
Pairing | Ken Wright Cellars | Pinot Noir
Dark with notes of bing cherry, cola and compote. Clean and dense with subtle oak flavors of cedar and nutmeg.

Fourth Course

Lamb Lollipops
Hoisin, brown rice vegetable salad, soy vinaigrette
Pairing | E. Guigal | Gigondas
Generous and elegant, offering cranberry and cherry notes accented by hints of clove and allspice.

Fifth Course

Strawberry Shortcake
Fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar reduction
Pairing | Col Dorato | Prosecco Extra Dry
Presenting a lovely bouquet of acacia flowers, apple, lemon peel and grapefruit. Showing depth and freshness with delicate, persistent bubbles.
