Origin: Penedes, Spain
Tasting Notes: Impressive balance between its flavors of pear, white flowers, and zesty citrus and its firm, crisp finish. Dry and delicate, this is a delicious sparkling wine.
Pairing Plate: Marcona almonds, olives, shishito peppers
Origin: D.O. Rias Baixas
Varietal: 100% Albariño
Tasting Notes: A hint of fresh lemon on the nose and a bright freshness on the palate. Crisp and fragrant with a touch of effervescence. A well balanced wine with good minerality and acidity.
Pairing Plate: Pork Belly with agave sherry glaze, micro slaw
Origin: Barrio de la Estación, Haro, Rioja Alta
Varietals: 60% Garnacha, 30% Viura, 10% Tempranillo.
Tasting Notes: A very pretty nose of flowers, especially rose petals and almonds. Red berry fruits, wild strawberries together with some creamy vanilla notes. A nicely balanced rosé with surprising complexity.
Pairing Plate: Oyster with mignonette sauce
Origin: Campo de Borja, Spain
Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruit with floral nuances. Well-structured, rich wine with tastes of blackberry, plum and tones of leather and vanilla, a soft and silky tannin.
Pairing Plate: Lamb lollipop with mint chutney
Origin: Rioja DOCa, Spain
Varietals: Tempranillo (97 %) and Graciano (3 %) from vines older than 30 years.
Tasting Notes: Expressive aromas of red currant, cherry, licorice. Juicy with red fruit flavors mixed with toasty vanilla and underlying mineral notes.
