Planted at an altitude matched by only 1% of vineyards in the world, Brassfield Estate Vineyards & Winery is not bound by the traditions of the valley floor. Brassfield’s makers use precise, sustainable farming to craft 17 varietals. From vine to bottle the wines never leave their hands. Brassfield representative Angie DiSabato-Warner will lead us through the tasting as we enjoy a 5-course paired meal created by our chef team.

First Course
